From the slopes of Mt. Kenya, this high quality AB Grade Coffee is harvested at altitudes of 1600 - 1800 meters by many small scale farmers. The beans are fully washed, carefully fermented, and then dried in the equatorial sunshine. Once they reach the optimal moisture level, each lot is blended together to accentuate and balance their fruity acidities. Coffees from Kenya are revered as wonderfully distant and are sought after by coffee lovers. We roast this Kenya AB on the lighter side to maximize its complexity.
