Costa Rica: Light Roast

Our Costa Rica Tarrazu comes to us from the majestic mountains of San Marcos De Tarrazu.  Here over 4000 farmers contribute their harvests to COOPETERRAZU, a coffee farming cooperative that is famous for its promotion of environmental sustainability.  Member farmers have access to education on agronomy, economics, and environmental sustainability.  Community youth participate by conducting  environmental impact research based on the tracking of bird and insect populations.  Programs such as these ensure that the future is clean and bright for Costa Rica Coffee, much like the taste.
